Based on this, The paper takes the author's work unit as the main object, starts the research on human resources management of Wuhan Guangyi Transportation Science and Technology Incorporated Company.Through the investigation of the present situation of the human resources management in the author's work unit, the personnel structure and the management process and problem of human resource management are analyzed based on the method of combining the literature review, theoretical research and investigation analysis. On the basis of these studies, optimizing the company structure, developing the culture construction and improving the salary management system are proposed.
