MPR Application Research In The Enterprise Based On ERP Environment

As the development of science and technology and economic development of globalization,the internet era,making the external environment of enterprise has undergone tremendous changes:increasingly diversified market,demand uncertainty is more and more obvious,the seller's market has become a buyer's market.Master planning of resource system based on ERP system,it can decompose the strategic plan of customer requirement into detail production and material plan.It can improve customer response speed,shorten the product lead time,reduce the product cost,expedite inventory turnover,and win the relative competitive advantage for company.Therefore,the optimization of enterprise MPR is conducive to improve the operation efficiency,is conducive to optimize the allocation of enterprise resources and is conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.In this article,using the theory of ERP?MRP?JIT?KANBAN?TOC and Master Planning of Resourcing,taking the ISC company as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of enterprises in China by using ERP and MPR theory.This article mainly aims at the problems of the different hierarchy of MPR,and makes an in-depth analysis,propose the optimization solutions.MPR optimization solution and evaluation index are mainly discussed:the optimization of Planning Duties,the optimization of S&OP process,the establishment of a global plan system,the optimization of supply plan and production planning,the optimization of machine and equipment maintenance,the optimization of employee multi-skills management,and the supporting KPI performance evaluation indicators etc.Eventually,the optimization scheme based on ERP can provide the reference and lesson learn for how to improve the management level of ERP:forecast driven the company business,how to design the hybrid demand management pattern of high mix and low volume business model(ATO or MTO or MTS or ETO),how to set up and run Global Plan,how to optimize the S&OP process,how to balance the demand and supply,how to improve the stability and reliability of MPS and DPS,MRP frequency from once a week to once a day,how to select and set up the planning parameter,how to design and execute the planning bill of material,how to understand and use planning time fence and safety stock,how to fix up the capacity limitation based on TOC theory,etc.
