Express Business Process Optimization-based Process Control And Tracking Applications

With the China's entry into WTO and the change of competitive environment, plus the foreign Freight Express magnate's entering China, the competition between enterprises become fiercer. In order to the survival in the competition, it is very necessary to enhance the current business process and make better control and trace for Freight Express in China.This dissertation firstly introduces some relative concepts and some basal terms of business process for the freight express, then analyzes the business process concretely, pointing out some problems in business process and thus giving the tentative ideas for optimization and standardization of business process, then controlling the business process and making dynamic trace in the course of dynamic control on the basis of these ideas. The last part in my paper is the concretely applied instances of dynamic trace in the course of dynamic control.Dynamic control of business process in Freight Express enterprises is the emphasis in this paper and it can be operated from four modes, which are ship bill control, connection control, jurisdiction control and exceptional process control. These four modes can control the business process in different ways: shipbill control is the control of transportation agreement between client and Freight Express enterprises or the enterprises themselves; the emphasis of connection control is the responsibility determinacy for the staff in the course of connection; jurisdiction control is the control of business process from the secure perspective; the exceptional process control lays special emphasis on the disposal of exceptional process and the cargo withdrawal in the Freight Expresses enterprises. Introducing every mode, I present concrete ways to accomplish.
