Research On The Project Quality Management In Telecom Billing Accuracy

With the continuous development of communication technology,communication has become an indispensable part of people's daily life and work,but the accuracy of telecommunication charging has always been a hot issue of consumers' complaints.Therefore,it is very necessary to enhance the monitoring on the accuracy of telecommunication charging system,and to carry out strict and scientific testing for telecommunication charging system.It is closely related with people's livelihood,and is also one of the projects that Ministry of Information Industry highly focuses on.The quality of the testing for telecommunication charging accuracy will have direct impact on the monitoring strength,therefore the quality of test is not only the core issue for charging accuracy testing project,but also a key factor to tell whether the charging accuracy test project is successful or not.Therefore this thesis carries pragmatic and actual meaning.This thesis mainly studies on quality management control in Telecommunication charging Accuracy.Firstly,it has walked through the background of project quality management,project meaning and the basic theory of quality management.Secondly it has combined the project's quality management process with the modern project management theory,the process and characteristics of the project,and explored how the project quality management can be used in practice of charging accuracy testing project.It has established a scientific charging accuracy testing project's quality management system,analyzed project quality planning,project quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement issues in the project quality management.Lastly,it has conducted a systematic analysis on charging accuracy project management via case studies.The purpose of this thesis is to enhance project quality management level,ensure projects are completed within planned timeline and budget with high quality and targets achieved and ensure high quality test report are provided for government monitoring and management,as well as providing reference for future project quality management of charging accuracy testing project.
