Human Capital. The Development Of Modern Logistics Analysis

This paper applies the human capital theory which has almost 100 years' history into the practice of logistics in our country, which based on the former researches, and tries to find a appropriate way to develop our logistics from the new view of human capital.Logistics is a part of supply chain. It is a planning, realizing and controlling process of the converting and reserving of goods, service and responding information from starting place to consuming place. Today with the world economy more and more all-in-one, logistics becomes the ligament of each department, industry and corporation. So it's station is very important in economy. Professor Wang Zhitai believes that the development of logistics can reflect the complex nation power. But logistics can't show it's advantages forwardly. There must be a point to touch off, which is human capital.Human capital can integrate the aspects of logistics to realize the motive that decrease the production cost, which firms its station in the development process of logistics. But in our country, because the research of logistics was beginning too late, and the level is too low, so now the researches of human capital in logistics are still simple. This lag in consciousness and researches not only brings on the results that our logistics human capital theory has no developments, but also arose minus results, which are the reasons that this instance must be improved soon.So, re-explain our logistics now and later in the view of human capital is very important to our logistics development. This paper tries to apply the integrate human capital theory into the logistics, and analyze the effects and localization of logistics human capital, and then develop the right mode to apply the human capital theory to the logistics theory.
