It introduces the main performance of this superiority: the property rights is clear, managing rights is clearly limited, disposed rights can be realized, the income rights are safeguarded.Then it uses the request - proxy theory, the property right and cost of exchange theory, rent-seeking theory to explain the superiority property right.
