The company business is an important source of profit in bank, has the important valueto strengthen the customer management. Therefore, in this paper, the company business riskof the Ji’nan Branch Company of China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd management at presentsituation to propose the improvement measure, research is important for improving people’slivelihood Banking Company business risk management. According to the present situation ofcustomer risk management of Minsheng Bank Ji’nan branch, the integrated use of statisticalanalysis, in case for study and comparative analysis methods, has conducted the research tothe risk management of credit business of the Ji’nan Branch Company of China MinshengBanking Corp. Ltd.This paper first reviews the relevant theories of risk management of bank credit business.The theory of customer risk management, including the theory of customer relationshipmanagement, ABC risk management theory, customer differential management theory,customer value management theory, including the theory of comparative advantage, valuemaximization theory, stakeholder theory, and customer risk management Xiang Guanmo--customer management model, SOM customer risk management model, customer riskmanagement the process model, the current bank credit operations carried out acomprehensive study and analysis. Through domestic and international banks advancedpractice, and obtained some beneficial enlightenment. Through the study of Citibank, HSBC,Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ bank, Deutsche Bank, UBS and other foreign banks risk managementexperience, and China Merchants Bank, industrial and Commercial Bank of China, ChineseIndustrial Bank, Construction Bank of Chinese advanced practice, has the followingimplications for Minsheng Bank: perfect organization structure is the basic informationchannel, risk management. Is the premise, risk management and efficient personnel is the coredynamic assessment mechanism, the risk management is risk management of security,increase the overall efficiency is the ultimate goal of risk management. On the basis of the above research, research on the status quo and problems of the Ji’nanBranch Company of China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd credit risk.
