Research Of The Problems And Countermeasures Existing In Developmengt Mode Of Minsheng Banking Corporation

The private bank has been one of the hot spots in the financial world or even all sectors of society. The emergence of private bank can break the traditional bank’s single and highly monopolistic business mode and profit mode. And force traditional banking to reform, to promote healthy competition in the industry. Traditional banking which has centered on the scale and profit will shift to a customer-centric and improve financing efficiency. With the interest rate marketization, financial disintermediation, Internet finance, financial regulation and financial system, our financial environment has a series of reforms in the domestic, which affected the commercial bank quite substantial. Traditional development mode and pattern will be impacted, and that the financial industry barriers will be broken is the trend of the time, our financial system is about to enter a "private time". As the China’s first private bank which composed by private captial and founded in 1996, China Minsheng banking corporation(CMBC) can be the model of the industry that develop from a small private bank to a national joint-stock commercial bank up to now.Based on the system innovation theory, financial constraint and financial deepening theory and financial structure theory, this paper mainly studies the development of the private bank through the example of CMBC. And using the quantitative and qualitative analysis and contrast analysis, study the development mode of CMBC. On the one hand, we can have a basic understanding of the current development state and the business mode of CMBC, on the other hand, we can find out the current problems existing in CMBC:the deposit source shortage, unreasonable business structure, ect. And at last, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. China’s private bank has been implemented of pilot run. Studying the operation mode of CMBC will make a reference to the establishment and development of the private bank as well as choosing what kind of development mode in the future:1.the development situation of the private bank will be known basically through four aspects, establishment pattern, function orientation, profit mode and business mode; 2.the private bank can follow "CMBC development mode", and choose refinement, characteristic of the business; 3.the financial market reform will bring both challenge and opportunity to the development of the private bank at the same time.
