Jinan Beer Group's Logistics System To Improve The Exploration

Logistics can be described as the integration of the behaviors in the process from the purchase, storage, production, package, load and unload, sale, transportation, and distribution, and so on. It is one of the main elements that influence the profit and efficiency of the enterprise. So it is called "the third root of the profit".There are some problems in the logistic system in the beer industry in china. The high logistic costs influence, the total cost of the enterprise; the logistic operation is so difficult that it prolongs the delivery periods, it can not deliver goods on time, and the logistic efficiency is low; Customers litigate one after another, etc. In the opinion of the logistic management, these problems are not isolated but related to each other; they are not the reasons but the surface disease; they come from the imperfect management system and unscientific logistic operation system but not from the low responsibility of the staff or their idleness.Because of the above-mentioned problems, the management model of beer enterprises cannot be changed into the modern logistic management model immediately. But for the survival and development in the environment of market competition, the enterprise's conventional management model must be changed. So, it is very important to study the logistic management of the beer industry for realization of "the fresh degree management", change of the existing situation of "big productivity and low profit" and improvement of the competitive ability.This paper, basing on the investigation of the logistic system in JINAN BEER GROUP, proposes a set of general problems existing in aspect of the logistic system in most beer enterprises in china. Furthermore, it makes series of schemes to improve the logistic systems of the enterprises according to the principle, the way, and the method to design supply chain.In this paper, studying the logistic system of the JINAN BEER GROUP, we are to propose a good example for designing the logisticsystems of the beer enterprises, and lay a foundation for the beer enterprises to improve their profits and efficiency, and to speed the enterprises to adapt the changeful situation.
