Salary design is the prerequisite for setting up a mordern .Salary administration system and an important composition of it as well. The way to design and establish a set of scientific, being conformed to the realities of the development of enterprises and local characteristics has a very significant meaning for the enterpris ' human resourse administration and management. starting from the basic theories on salary, through some discussions to some advanced modeles of salary management, this article will make an analysis of salary system within ××Textele Compony and put forward a new frameword and implementing proposal.It has made an overall review on the importance of salary administration for the development of enterprises.This article is divided into five parts. In the first,the article simply summarized the compony ' situation, the second summaried the compony' development model , method and existed problem. The third briefly summared some basic theory of salary out of Marxism economics and western economics, which had made a clear definition and study on the nature, characteristics, function, infectious element, basic form and the fundamental principles of design. It constitutes the theoretical bases of ××Textile Compony' s salary administration system. In the fourth part, the article briefly reviewed the salary modules out of Japan and America and the trend of development, and discussed the learning meaning of China' s national, conditions under the environment of market economy.Finally, through an overall generalization of the design, re-designed a salary system for Bao Tou ××Textile Compony.
