Salary system is the key for enterprises to attract and keep person with ability.Only if the management system is established to be scientific and perfect so that fitsthe actual development of enterprise, an enterprise could have the ability to get rideof crisis of human resource and organize the best human resource team, and furthermore obtain the core competitive ability. Based on the basic theories on salary,through discussing some advanced models of salary management, this article givesan analysis of salary system of Baotou Shenda Company and put forward a moreeffective framework.There are four parts in this article. In the prologue, the article primaryintroduced the viewpoint that effective salary system is a core for Human resourceadministration and management. The second briefly summarized some basic theorysalary which had made a clear definition and study on the nature, characteristics,function, infectious element, basic from and the fundamental principles of design. Inthe third part, the article briefly reviewed the salary modules out of Japan andAmerica and the trend of development,and discussed the learning meaning of china'snational conditions under the environment of market economy. In the fourth part,through an overall generalization of the design, re-designed a salary system forBaotou Shenda Company.Finally, through concluding the experience obtained form Baotou ShendaCompany salary system design, this article puts forward some questions which arestill in the design of the salary system and need to be solved, and also show that howimportant it will be.
