Management of salary has taken an important part in administration of enterprises gradually. Effective salary system can attract person , encourage them, realize value of themselves and make maximum benefit for the enterprise. What is management of salary for personnel ? It is a way to give determination, distribution and adjustment for paying standard, providing level and essence result for staff ' s salary that is from their management. Personnel is the key for modern enterprise management of salary. For the enterprise, the first is to establish the managerial goal . To realize organization goal , it depends on the encouragement for staff , and encouragement of salary is the best important way for it.Guizhou high strength fastener company is one of several state enterprises that still have normal run in the competitive engineering industry from begin to now. This trade has broad developing prospects . In recent years, it has been made considerable developments in technology and quality of products.
