Research On The Mode And Mechanism Of Enterprise Skill Talents Training

With the trending of economic structural adjustment and the upgrading of an industrial structure, the demand of skilled talents is rapidly increasing. The skilled talents play an important role in the the economic structural adjustment. However,on account of the changing demographics and the incorrectness of talent structure, the state of supply and demand of skilled talents is unreasonable. How to cultivate the skilled talents to meet the demand of the society and enterprises is becoming a vital issue in academic community.Because enterprises are the final skilled talents cultivations and beneficiares, how the enterprises cultivate skilled talents is the key point in the thesis. First of all, this thesis analyze the cultivation mechanism of skilled talents, including the construction and sources of skilled talents, the investment pattern of human capital of cultivating and using skilled talents in the enterprises, the cultivation and using mechanism of skilled talents. Then take the cultivation mechanism of skilled talents in Luzhou City as an example, the author did researches in the correctable issues, put forward problems of the cultivation mechanism. For instance, enterprises has low enthusiasm in cultivate skilled talents, the supply quantity of skilled talents can not meet the needs of economic development, the quality of skilled talents can not fit the changing of product marketing, government put lax regulation on cultivation departments of skilled talents. And then did reason analysis based on these issues.Finally, the author offer proposals to improve the cultivation mechanism in the sight of individual,enterprise,training institution and government, including transform the cultivation mode and mechanism of skilled talents, structure the enterprise environment which is in favor of the skilled talents training and developing, complete the division mechanism of vocational education and general education, transform government supporting to cultivating skilled talents. The authors believe it can enlarge the scale of skilled talents and promote the quality of skilled talents by the way of these suggestion, and do some attempt to complete the whole cultivation structure of skilled talents.
