Since the extraordinary development of tourism industry, the hotel industry needs a large number of occupation professionals. While the occupation consciousness and ability of vocational graduates is so far from the demands of the hotel industry. Chinese hospitality education, which is the largest scale of the world, cannot meet the needs of the development of the hospitality business. The lagging behinds of the cultivation of vocational professionals has become a bottleneck of the development of improvement of the hotel industry. Getting rid of the status quo disjointed the cultivation of professionals and market demand is the challenge facing the hotel vocational education.The dissertation studies the domestic and foreign modes of vocational education and determines influencing factors of cultivation of hospitality professionals by survey, research, empirical studies and literature study. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, it studies the influencing factors and modes construction of "Co-cultivation". This dissertation is divided into six chapters:Chapter I. It introduces the purpose, the method, the meaning, and theoretical basis of the study. In addition, there is a review of related literature in order to determine the direction of research.Chapter II. It introduces the types of domestic and foreign vocational education and the cultivation modes of hospitality professionals. Through borrowing the experience of foreign vocational education, such as "Lausanne mode" and "Cornell model", summarize the main types of cultivation modes of hospitality professional education in China.Chapter III. Analysis the influencing factors of cultivation of hospitality professionals by the survey. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, evaluate, sorts the important degree of factors followed on the hospitality vocational college, the government, the hotel industry and students, clear the causes of embarrassment of hospitality vocational education. The cultivating innovation of hospitality professionals is imperative.Chapter IV.Modes construction of "Co-cultivation". Firstly, define the concept and characteristics of the mode. Establish the concept of the mode, which is in-depth cooperation between production and teaching, and closely integration between work and study. Secondly, put forward the core of professionals cultivation of vocational education are integrating the external factors and strengthening connotation construction. According the core, aspects of the college teachers,curriculum system, cooperation between school and enterprise are needed specific implements.Chapter â…¤. WUXI City college of Vocational Technology has been presented as an successful example for "Co-cultivation" mode. Through the analysis of the motivation of innovation, development path and innovation performance, the chapter further expounds the feasibility of implementing the mode.Chapter â…¥.Conclusion and Outlook. The thesis point out developing the Co-cultivation mode should continue to enhance the platform of school enterprise operation and practice the concept "in-depth cooperation between production and teaching, and closely integration between work and study" in order to make the students become high-quality skilled professionals. |
