Teaching-instrument is an important school conditions and educational technology, which is the important guarantee to realize the modernization of education. The development of Teaching-instrument production of innovative teaching instrument and equipment of a country’s educational undertakings and industries are very important.X Education & Technology Group is the strategy of talents to support the rapid development of X component. The teaching products Business Unit which is the Unit of X Education&Technology Group. And the development, production, sale is the main business for industry of teaching and training equipment. The rate of decline in urgent situation of the increasingly fierce market competition and profit, teaching product Business Unit of X company’s existing business structure leads to the company’s current competitiveness gradually weakened, the future development direction of uncertain, forming a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises. In this paper, through the analysis of the teaching situation and environmental products division, to the enterprise marketing management theory as a foundation, comprehensive study of the teaching department, carries on the elaboration from four aspects of politics, economy, culture, technology department to the enterprise macro environment, external pressure of competition analysis using five forces model of Michael Potter’s office the industry of the enterprise, at the same time from the market, technology, talent and internal resources of the enterprise objectively, then using SWOT analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. How to carry on the investigation and analysis of a full range of teaching instrument industry and looking forward the company should adopt differentiation competitive strategy, formulate practical and effective business development plan and marketing strategy.Method for analysis of the topics select a variety of marketing strategy, theoretical research and innovation of the intelligent teaching instrument marketing mode, to a certain extent the enterprise marketing strategy theory. X company to carry on the analysis from the macro environment of the industry’s current situation and the business, to develop and design X company division business marketing strategy plan. So in some sense has certain practical significance of the topics, and contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises.
