Education is a kind of important ways for human to impart knowledge and a mainstay of knowledge economy. Since the reform and opening up, China's education enterprise obtains rapid progress. The public and the government pay more attention on education. The government gives more preferential policy to support in finance.Teaching resources was enriched and teaching condition was constantly improved. The teaching equipment asset of each school was increasing gradually which directly promoting the development of the teaching instruments and equipment market and providing the opportunity for the manufacturers to develop.This paper sets the company of Renhe education technology equipment as an example; study the teaching instrument enterprise how to make the marketing strategy. Renhe education technology equipment company is one of enterprise to product teaching instrument; a follower in the market. This paper first study the theory of marketing strategy, then analyzes the current situation of the development of the teaching instrument market, including the supply and demand situation and characteristics of marketing. And then sets Renhe education technology Equipment Company as the research object, analysis the present marketing environment and the existing problems of the enterprise. Through the analysis of the macro environment and competitive of enterprise marketing, combined with the enterprise's own characteristics, we will draft marketing strategy in accordance with the development of the enterprise. Enterprise should have clear market orientation; position the target market for rural junior school, combined with the marketing mix strategy to establish clear product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and marketing strategy. At last, the paper analyzes the company marketing strategy implementation steps and measures.This article aims to research of teaching instrument marketing strategy, and make a set of effective marketing strategies for JiangXi Renhe technical equipment company and provide the scientific basis for decision making for the development of the enterprise.
