In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s political,economic and other aspects,various industries are also developing rapidly.As the backbone of China,power industry has ushered in its own spring.As regard to power industry in recent years,the country will introduce relevant favorable policies,which will enable the power industry to increase its market demand and great potential for development.At the same time,more and more enterprises are engaged in the manufacture of electric equipment,and the competition of products and related services of electric power equipment is becoming more and more complex and intense.JY company,as a power equipment manufacturing industry,has a certain degree of visibility and technology companies.How to face the external environment changes brought about by the opportunities and threats?And how to make good use of the advantages of the company itself,as far as possible to avoid the company’s disadvantages in today’s competitive market in an invincible position?In this paper,some of these problems have some practical significance.This paper makes JY company’s marketing as the research object,in view of the JY company marketing aspects of utilizing marketing theory to optimize the program.This paper first introduces the background of writing and the marketing theory and some of the marketing theory research status;secondly,it makes a brief introduction of the JY company and its products and the existence of the company in marketing problems are analyzed;then JY company’s marketing environment is analyzed.By using the SWOT Analysis,advantages and disadvantages of internal and external opportunities and threats are detailed and thus,it comes to a conclusion and then gives a series of security measures optimization for JY company marketing problems of the case and the optimization scheme;finally the optimization scheme for the evaluation and amendment is proposed.Last is the conclusion.This paper utilize some theories,and combines the theory with practice,namely the status of JY company marketing,by using a lot of literature and the author’s research data.JY company’s marketing existence question has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis.At the same time,combining with JY company advantages and power equipment manufacturing industry market environment,JY company launches the corresponding marketing scheme optimization measures and guarantee.In this paper,the results of the paper not only can provide help for the further development of JY company,abut also possesses some reference value in view of the electric power equipment manufacturing industry-related enterprise.
