Research On Warehouse Management Of GC Logistics Company

On account of the thorough investigation to the scene of GC Logistics Company,this paper analyzes the current status of the company,including the organizational structure,work flow of warehousing,the situation of substituting goods for storage,the principles and methods of distribution of goods,etc.Based on this foundation,and from the view of the actual work of the warehouse management of the company,it analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the solutions to reduce the cost of warehouse management and improve the efficiency of warehousing operation.First of all,this paper introduces the status of GC logistics company,on the basis of this,it analyzes the warehouse layout problem and cargo management problem of No.2,No.3 wine warehouse and No.4 mobile appliance warehouse which are used as the substitute of storage.In the following,the paper studies the storage and management of situation that many different kinds of goods placed in the one warehouse which used as mobile appliance storage,including the layout optimization and the formulation of the cargo allocation scheme.According to the storage strategy and the allocation of goods,this paper has formulated feasible schemes,and then uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate these schemes.The first program was rated as optimal after calculation and analysis.After that,according to the layout optimization scheme and the cargo allocation plan of this warehouse,the implementation inspection of GC logistics company is carried out.By comparing the data before and after the adjustment,it finds that the storage volume rate and turnover of goods have reached 85%,and this article achieved the goal of storage management.Finally,based on the same kind of goods in No.2 and No.3 wine warehouses the management of blowing-up warehouse caused by season is studied.According to the quantity of storage and rate of warehouse space,this paper uses COI classification methord,layouts and optimizes the cargo space,distributes warehouse management,and finally improves the operational efficiency of the warehouse,helps warehouse proposed plan of how to deal with the warehouse explosion.
