With the advent of the era of big economy and economy rapid development, most of both domestic and international enterprises are facing more old more fierce international competition and domestic competition, the development of the enterprise is more and more obsessed with the pursuit of enterprise performance goal, more and more enterprises will achieve enterprise performance targets as its annual task.Performance Management is the most important tool and method in the management of the manpower resource in the modern enterprise. But the enterprises in our country, due to inadequate understanding of performance management tools such as the incorrect use of performance management makes the effect of performance management implementation is not ideal. Performance management covers far more than a simple performance appraisal, and performance management success depends largely on the associated with assessment of the performance management process. If the enterprises can establish a correct concept of performance management, to establish scientific and perfect the effective performance management system plays an important role in the development of enterprise management. Correct understanding of performance management system and related tools, adjust measures to local conditions according to enterprise’s actual situation to scientific performance management of enterprises, to achieve the goal of enterprise performance has very important theoretical and practical significanceThis paper will based on the study the theory results of performance management both China and abroad, on the basis of induction and summary, and after study the HF company performance management present situation, summarizes the existing problems, and made a detailed analysis of each problem, and based on this proposed to the HF company performance management optimization improvement ideas and concrete plans, in the end will through these solutions to perfect the HF company’s performance management system.In this paper, the main purpose of the study is closely combined with the real situation of performance management, HF company design the performance management of the optimization improvement measures, in order to achieve the single HF company performance evaluation to rise to the purpose of the whole process of performance management, also make the performance management from a single employee performance appraisal tool can be effectively improve a company’s overall performance and the capability of the workforce management tools and means, at the same time also hope that this research can make more enterprises to learn from experience and improve the method of performance management...
