In the management operation of new times,human resource management is vital to the development of enterprises,and the performance assessment is the key part of human resource management.Building a systematic and complete performance assessment system is an effective way for an enterprise to improve the selfdevelopment competing advantages,the effect of the performance assessment system operation relates to every staff's individual benefit,influences the effectiveness of enterprises and finally decides the level of enterprises' strategic execution.Thus,how to build a performance and complete scientific assessment system gradually draws more and more attention from the enterprises.This paper is under such a background.In this paper,TF company as the research object,aiming at the problems of the performance appraisal system of the company,the author puts forward the optimizatio n design scheme and promotes the improvement of enterprise human resource manag ement level.First of all,this paper expounds the original performance appraisal syste m of TF company.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of the company,the organizational framework and the human resource situation,and describes the run ning situation of the enterprise performance evaluation system,including the object and cycle of the performance appraisal,the method and process of examination,the application of the result of the examination and so on.Then,using interviews,questio nnaires and other related research methods,the author finds out some existed problem s of TF companys current performance appraisal system,including: company executi ves' lack of understanding of performance appraisal;unreasonable performance appraisal index design;single usage of the evaluation results.Through the chart analy sis and the combined with related theory of performance appraisal,the paper tries to find out the reasons for these problems,mainly from the aspect of indifference of e xecutives on performance appraisal,the lag of company culture and management con cepts,the shortage of assessment management staffs professional ability and the unreasonable assessment organization structure.Secondly,the optimal design scheme is proposed to solve the problem,including: further strengthening on understanding of performance appraisal of the management level of the company and the employee;designing a scientific performance appraisal index;improvement of the application of performance appraisal results;improvement of the performance appraisal communic ation and feedback etc.Finally,the three aspects of organization,system and corporat e culture ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program.In conclusion,as a local company,it must be very hard to group,I hope the research in this paper will be helpful to the improvement of same kind enterprises' s performance management.Besides,due to my limited understanding of performance management theory and practical experience,the shortcoming of performance management research in this paper will be continuously improved in future company administration.
