With the development of economic globalization and modern information technology, electronic product market competition increasing, the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) companies are facing increasingly fierce competitive environment, customers need faster response, better quality, higher efficiency, greater flexibility, more choice, greater value and lower prices. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, how to establish a suitable for enterprise’s own characteristic and competitive supply chain become the focus of enterprise, In the supply chain procurement as connecting enterprises and upstream suppliers favorable link, has the irreplaceable role. It is no longer a simple purchase behavior, but to become the procurement management system to control cost, improve the profit. Procurement management has risen to the level of management of enterprise development strategy, is the lifeline of enterprise.P company is a large electronic manufacturing (EMS) enterprise, in today’s electronic manufacturing industry representative. Firstly, the theory related to the procurement management of research and analysis, introduced the JIT purchase order point method, the procurement law purchasing strategy. After taking the P company as the research object, do the related analysis about P company’s existing procurement mode, procurement planning management, management of the purchase price, raw material purchase strategy, supplier management and other problems, and put forward the corresponding improvement plan, including the establishment of a new procurement model, establishing scientific and efficient materials properties and adapt to meet the company’s operation the procurement plan, taking measures to control the purchase price, according to the part of the materials into the order point method and JIT procurement law, through the establishment of new procurement strategy and optimization of material procurement supplier management for subdivision materials purchasing strategy. Finally, the paper analyzed the implementation effect caused by optimization scheme, to ensure the optimization scheme of the purchasing management of P enterprise has a positive effect and optimize the procurement costs of P company.P company’s problem is also at present many enterprise are or will be faced with the problems, through this article and hope to have a similar problem enterprises to provide some experiences that we would use for reference and lessons.
