Research On New Urbanization Construction In Suihua City Of Heilongjiang Province

Worldwide urbanization is accompanied by appearing of industrialization,When the industrial revolution began, the modern town had formed gradually.The concept of urbanization in our country is later than Western countries, It went through the traditional urbanization development stage, then entered into a new stage of urbanization by years. Suihua City is the traditional agricultural city in Heilongjiang province, developed the agricultural economy mainly with the large rural population, which urbanization development level is lower in the early time, but after that is suihua area instead of prefecture level, the urbanization rate had greatly improved.In this paper, It firstly analyze the current development situation of urbanization and the deficiency of the Suihua City,then analyzed if the current urbanization rate and its economic development situation are consistent. Secondly, It analyze a positive effect factors of Suihua City, finally put forward corresponding constructive Suggestions on existing problem of urbanization in Suihua City.The paper has the following several parts, the first part is introduction, which introduces the research background and significance, using different research methods scientifically and reasonably, proposes valuable references of the urbanization development at home and abroad. The fifth part analyses different region urbanization development situation at home and abroad and experience, Which analyse the main methods and classic case of Western Europe, the Americas and Asian neighbors, the domestic development of urbanization, and finally summarizes the domestic and foreign development methods and enlightenment on the future development of urbanization for our country. The sixth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of the new urbanization for Suihua City, which put forward the corresponding countermeasures from industry support, social security and land system according to the above new problems in urbanization construction of Suihua City.
