The Urbanization Of Heilongjiang Province And Ecological Environment Coordination Reasearch

City, as the human economic, political and cultural center, is the symbol of human civilization. Urbanization is the certain result of development of social productive forces, and the inevitable trend of economic and social development. In recent years, China’s urbanization process has been accelerating apparently, and the urbanization development rate in Heilongjiang province has gone through five stages. Currently, it is in the stable stage, and the rate of population urbanization is high. However, in the rapid development process of urbanization, there also appears the tendency for quantity over quality, and there may also be much pressure on the ecological environment. The quality of urbanization consists of population urbanization, social urbanization, economic urbanization and spatial urbanization. And whether the urbanization quality is low or high is concerned with these four aspects presently. The change to the ecological environment by urbanization and whether they can develop harmoniously have an influence on the city appearance, citizen life and ecological environment, especially the ecological environment. In turn the ecological environment will hinder or promote the development of urbanization, and they can complement and promote each other. Heilongjiang province one of the major agricultural province, where there are many resources type cities. Its quality of urbanization and how the coordinated degree between urbanization and ecological environment need discussing further.The thesis selects 18 indices according to index selection principle, establishes the evaluation index system, uses entropy method to weight each of index and selects one of the representative of the old industrial base of the northeast Liaoning, coastal developed province Zhejiang, central province Hubei and western province Qinghai to proceed a comparative analysis with the study area of the paper Heilongjiang. Based on the previous analysis, the urbanization quality synthetic index of five provinces in 2011 is figured out. The results show that there exists a big gap between the urbanization quality of Heilongjiang province and the other four provinces, which is ranked four, and is in the low level of urbanization.Among them, the economic development, social development, ecological and development are at a disadvantage, which hinders the overall development of urbanization. The results indicate that Heilongjiang is still a province with low development speed and low urbanization quality compared with other provinces.On the basis of the previous study, I figure out comprehensive evaluation index of urbanization of Heilongjiang province from 1997 to 2001 and the comprehensive evaluation index of the quality of ecological environment through the entropy method. The results show that the quality of urbanization in Heilongjiang province presents a rising trend in this stage, but the quality of the ecological environment fluctuates greatly. This paper will figure out the index of the degree of the coordinated development between the quality of the urbanization and the quality of the ecological environment by using the model of the coordinated degree and show that the coordinated degree between them takes on a good trend.
