A Study On Tourism Public Service In Ergun City

In recent years, China’s economy achieve rapid development, people’s living standard has been obviously improved. Nowadays, traveling gradually become an essential choice to enrich spiritual life. It has become an indispensable part of people’s life and daily consumption. Meanwhile, tourism gradually transfers from a sector industry aiming at foreign reception since the foundation of new China to a real industry, becoming a significant part of national economy. Tourism not only promotes the development of national economy, but also makes great contributions to national economy. With the rapid development of tourism, tourists put forward higher requirements for public service, covering emergency rescue, information consulting and traffic environment. Whether tourism can develop in a healthy and sustainable way or not depends on the maturity of public service.Based on the new public management and sustainable development theories as well as relevant theories, the author has a deep analysis of Eergu’Na’s tourism public service, including the problems in developing and reasons for these problems. Besides, the author gives suggestions on public service system, infrastructure investment and public service level. This paper aims to provide guidance for development of Eergu’Na and HulunBuir on the basis of surveying and studying, ensuring the sustainable development of the local tourism.
