Evaluation And Optimization Of Heze Tourism Public Service System

Since the establishment of the brand of the capital of peonies in China,Heze’s tourism industry has developed rapidly,and the number of tourists to Heze has increased year by year.The construction level of Heze’s tourism public service system directly affects the image and reputation of the city.Heze City is also implementing the plan to improve the quality of cultural tourism services,vigorously developing tourism,comprehensively improving the construction of the public service system for tourism in the whole region,and completing the development goal of striving to create a provincial-level tourism demonstration area.Through field research,literature search and data access,the paper understands and combs the development status and shortcomings of Heze tourism public service.Based on tourism system theory,sustainable development theory,tourism sociology theory,and new public service theory,the paper combs and defines the tourism public service system of Heze City by means of literature analysis,field research,expert scoring and other methods,The indicators of the evaluation system of tourism public service in Heze City are determined,and the evaluation system of tourism public service in Heze City is constructed,including four parts: tourism public transport system,tourism public information system,tourism public security system and tourism service system for the benefit of the people.The evaluation of local tourists and residents on the tourism public service system of Heze City was investigated by the method of visiting and questionnaire,and the survey results were analyzed by the entropy method.The results of research and analysis show that the construction of the tourism public service system in Heze City is in good condition as a whole,and the evaluation values of the four major systems from high to low are the tourism public transport service system,the tourism service system for the benefit of the people,the tourism public information system,and the tourism public security system;Heze’s tourism public service system still needs to focus on tourism public information and tourism public security,and it needs to be focused on and improved in the future development process.In particular,"tourism security management","identification system","tourism consulting" and "services for special groups" need to be improved and improved.The theoretical evaluation results and actual evaluation conclusions of the evaluation of the tourism public service system in Heze City can confirm each other.At the same time,this paper,based on the comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results of the tourism public service system in Heze City,benefit to the people and other five aspects in terms of the problems that are easy to occur common in the tourism public service system in the whole region.
