With the rapid changes in the economic and financial situation at home and abroad, the competition pattern of the banking industry is facing more than ever before. Under the pressure of the economic downturn, the lack of effective demand for the market, the homogenization of the bank’s products, private banking access liberalization background, the banking industry is more intense. Internet banking is the rapid rise of the representative of the new financial formats, the intensification of financial disintermediation and large information management era comes, the traditional banking business formed substitution effect, bank outlets management and service model, value creation mode to form a big challenge. As the basic unit of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Inner Mongolia branch, business outlets are the leading position in the market competition. It is a window for serving customers and displaying good image of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. For a period of time, only in the profound evolution of the market structure can be the first to create a new growth and competitiveness, to seize the commanding heights of the competitive development and initiative. Firstly, by analyzing the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Inner Mongolia bank outlets development present situation, and puts forward the main problems in the development process; secondly, through the PEST analysis and Michael Potter’s five forces model respectively on the development of the macro environment and industry environment were analyzed, and based on the results of its further development opportunities and threats.
