In the rapid development of the domestic market economy, the reform in power industries is like an arrow on the bowstring. It is a question that must be rethought how Liao Ning power industries can adjust itself to the social needs. In order to be a strong performers in the market, both service standard and marketing method need to be improved. In other words, there is no doubt that these improvements will be very useful for our power industries to serve the whole society.Service marketing has now been an increasingly necessary part of thself-development of the power industries. This article uses some research methods such as 7P portfolio marketing, document research, field investigation, qualitative analysis, and case analysis to carry out the research.It analyses some problems existing in the power industries and raises some solutions to emphasizing the promotion of work idea, service awareness and service attitude of the staff, building marketing system, strengthening the service awareness, stressing the importance of excellence service, keeping a long-time relationship with the client. Besides, it deals with corporate brand, resource strategy and the implementation, including forging corporate brand, setting up the general file of the client, consummating the evaluation incentive system etc. to inspire the team and the competitiveness of he enterprise.This article has fund out the existing problems and the solutions by analyzing the current serve marketing situation of Liao Ning power industries to better improve the management measures as well as proposing respective countermeasure and suggestions. To analyze the problem in current Liao Ning power industries, we should do the research based on the fact, achieving the integration of marketization. Then the work should be set from the outer mechanism of power industries, promoting the management of service marketing. To push the better for the future development of electric power industry.
