Electric power industry is not only the capital and technology intensive industries,but also an important part of public utilities in china. For a long time, China has beenimplemented the integrate monopoly system of generation, transmission, distribution andthe sales of electric power, leading to weak competition and low efficiency of powerenterprises, so as the development of market economy in China, change the electric powerindustry the monopoly pattern, promote electric power enterprises to participate in marketcompetition is represent the general trend. At the same time, along with the gradualformation of the electricity market in China, the buyer’s market, coupled with kerosene,natural gas, petroleum and other alternative products continue to emerge, the customer onthe power supply side of the right to choose to continue to increase, which will alsocontribute largely to the power supply enterprise market competition further intensified, inthis environment, the power supply enterprise in order to obtain a better development, wemust re-examine their marketing strategy.This paper from the differentiated marketing strategy research and application inelectric power enterprises in China in the background, purpose and significance isdiscussed, and the use of the relevant theory of marketing management, from the currentsituation of Fujian Electric Power Company service marketing, based on the existingproblems of Fujian Electric Power Company service marketing analysis, combined withFujian Electric Power Company environment, political environment economicenvironment, industry environment and the marketing and service, operation ability,personnel and organization, the level of science and technology and other internal analysis,opportunities and challenges faced by Fujian Electric Power Company in detail, at thesame time, through analysis, puts forward the concrete strategies of Fujian Electric PowerCompany marketing services. We hope that this study about the application of strategies different marketing strategies in the electric power enterprise can provide guideline as tothe development of Fujian Electric Power Company and improvement of its marketcompetition ability and, in this way, can provide theoretical support for the developmentof better and power enterprises in China and even the whole economy.
