Therefore it can ensure the innovation system and sustainable development of the company and form a path of "Investment Bank Imitation".The analyze on the current status, problems, reason for the issues and the strategic target for company ZJ will provide good reference for the transformation and development of many solely state owned local financial holding corporate (including local government financing platform).
