Research On Formulation And Implementation Of Financial Strategy In TIS Company In Management Game

With the rapid development of market economy and the drastic competition between enterprises, the establishment and implementation of a company financial strategy plays a more important role in the enterprise management. How to establish a company’s financial strategy scientifically, effectively and reasonably is an important issue the top managers of a company facing. This paper is based on the MG (management game) simulation of enterprise strategic management of the Tepper Business School of Carnegie Mellon University. Through simulation of the establishment and implementation of the company’s financial strategy, it explores suitable and practical theory and method of establishment and implementation of a company’s financial strategy.Through introduction to MG project and simulation of the TIS company, this paper expounds the basic theory and methods of the company’s strategy and financial strategy, combined with the analysis of the actual financial strategic environment the TIS companies faces, then introduces the establishment and implementation of the overall strategy, especially the financial strategy during 2013-2015. By summarizing the basic financial data of these three years, it analyses and evaluates the gains and loss of the company, the overall operation, and the operation of financial strategy, and sums up the basic experiences of establishment and implementation of the company’s financial strategy during these three years.Finally, based on the past experience, the paper establishes the basic financial strategy of the company in the next three years (2016-2018), and makes details of 2016 financial strategy and provides corresponding suggestions to the top managers of the company.
