Enterprise is a organic creature with life cycle, The study of an corporate life cycle discloses the internal essence of enterprise, it can guide enterprise to last development and prolong life. Human resource is an important element that impacts the enterprise life cycle, human resource efficiency may directly impact company values, efficiency and competition ability.This paper is based on research and analysis of an corporate life cycle, the relative theory of human resource, the evalution way about human resource efficiency, is the base of the paper .the The corporate life cycle can be classified in four stages: from start-up, through groth,maturity, and decline. It describes the different characteristics of each stage, and analyze human resources management different characteristics and requiritions in each stage of enterprise life cycle.The study of human resource efficiency is a new issue in the human resources management world, There are many influence facts for human resource efficiency, mainly including corporate culture, corporate strategy and corporate system. The paper studied and analyzed the effective facts based on the corporate life cycle. The paper is based on analysing the established values process of human resource for enterprise, and develops a new way for human resource efficiency—enterprise values (idex) evaluation, and establish a model of human resource efficiency, it can synthesiely evalute the contribution of human resource for enterprise, we should select different standards to each stage based on the corporate life cycle.The paper gives an example of TYJX company ,It differentials company life cycle for TYJX company based on enterprise life cycle theory , and evaluates the efficiency of human resource based on human resource analysis way and company situation.
