For a long time,banking business have been the typical representatives of the financial industry in the real economy,playing an extremely important role in the service of people’s life or the development of the national economy.The rapid development of Internet finance has exerted a huge impact on the banking industry,and meanwhile intensified the competition of the banking industry.As financial industry,the banks should increase performance is the key to improve core competence,and the size of the performance at the end of the day to fall in the personnel management level,thus to improve performance evaluation is of great urgency,the performance appraisal system with characteristics of its own particularity,Instead of mechanically imitating the assessment system of other commercial banks,it is necessary to construct a set of performance assessment system suitable for its own development according to its own actual problems.This is not only the urgent demand of the bank’s own development,but also plays a role in improving its employees,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper expounds the background of the topic,the significance and purpose of the research.From an objective and practical perspective,it analyzes the practical significance of the optimization of the performance appraisal system for the grass-roots employees of Bank of JN.On the basis of fully reading the relevant literature of scholars at home and abroad,it fully studies the relevant theories of this paper and grasps the profound meaning,It helps the author to make a more thorough analysis and Research on the current performance appraisal of the grass-roots employees of Bank of JN.By designing a reasonable questionnaire to the people who are suitable for the survey and effectively collecting the questionnaire,it is not difficult to find the following problems in the performance appraisal system of the grass-roots employees of Bank of JN through the statistics and analysis of the collected questionnaires: Index lack certain rationality,appraisal feedback mechanism is imperfect,evaluation of results using too single,and then to Bank of JN grass-roots staff performance appraisal system is optimized,and put forward the goal of performance appraisal system and the principle of optimization,the introduction of the balanced scorecard to Bank of JNs grass-roots staff performance appraisal index system to realize optimization,puts forward the optimized performance appraisal results feedback process and the application of assessment results in the practical work,in order to ensure the performance appraisal of the optimization countermeasures can be born,assist security measures are put forward,finally,the article summarized the research conclusion of scholars in the future research direction were put forward.Through the optimization research of Bank of JN’s grass-roots employee performance appraisal system,this paper is expected to provide reference for improving the efficiency and business volume of Bank of JN’s grass-roots employee performance appraisal system.
