In technology, considering the extensibility and practical convenience of B/S structure based on the web, this project chooses B/S structure development technology based on WEB, and breaks through the original use of the geographical limitations of application systems so that all employees and DCN network or the internet through the business to take VPN approach and 3G mobile terminals to access the system. And thus data can be accessed in a multi-region, an arbitrary period of time, and in different identities, so as to greatly enhance data sharing capabilities.At the same time, the project is based on our business management standards requirement, and implements the following functions: 1.
