Design And Implementation Of Telecom Business Operations Management System

With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,people have access to the 4G era,many mobile communications business,such as personal mobile services and broadband services,the business in the use of the process will be the birth of more fault,complaints needs of network maintenance and management personnel in the operation.Mobile telecom business operation management process,operation process is more complex,the single treatment process cumbersome,so it is necessary to develop a feature rich,sharing information,intelligent processing and maintenance management system for Telecom business.The main work of this paper includes the following three aspects:Firstly,this thesis analyzes the system business logic function based on top-down design method,and the use of UML for object modeling tools,structured flowchart of system function of serious needs analysis and detailed design,to ensure that the system function can fully meet user needs,for the realization of the system has laid a good foundation.Secondly,this thesis uses advanced three-tier B / S architecture,to promote the system to have strong business logic processing function,and simplifies the installation and use of the client system,promotes and popularization of the system more effectively,and ensure the independence of logic between each layer of the system structure,which is convenient for future system expansion and improvement.Thirdly,this thesis developes JavaBean database access components.Telecom business operation and maintenance management system business process,this paper uses Java programming language developed a perfect function of JavaBean database access component,the component can be the database connection,insert,modify,delete,and query operations are integrated together,and improve the access database portability and scalability and stability performance of database access.After the development of telecom service operation management system is completed,the deployed and tested on the test results show that the system has good usability and can meet the needs of telecom business operation and maintenance management.
