The Designment And Implementation Of The Science And Technology Project Management System Of Zhongshan Public Security Bureau

The science and technology project management system of the Public Security Bureau of Zhongshan placed in the center generator room, which runs in the security of information and communications network platform. The main purpose is to provide the management and services of public security science and technology; to provide service of information technology project application and acceptance application for each department; to provide an information platform for the construction procedures(such as application review, start review, follow-up of construction and final approval)and operation management of information technology project. This system avoids blind construction and redundant construction; improve overall quality and level of informatization construction of the Public Security Bureau.According to the planning and deployment tasks of Ministry of Public Security and Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau,the author designed this system on the basis of full investigation of the situation and development of public security science and technology management, combined with the relevant regulations and operating procedures of public security technology project management. The formation of the system framework combines the development skills of computer program such as Net, C #, database management and the System design theories, realized the system function module. Zhongshan Public Security Bureau office units and branches can on-line submit the application of projects, examine the requirement plans, follow-up the situation of projects construction at any time, examine completion data of project etc. The system also provide the information of established projects, including the registration of the project operation, the information of system upgrade and download, the operation management of project. In addition, this system also provides construction and application of science and technology project management statistics, user feedback, user consultation and other functions, provides a full range of public security information technology project services.Currently, this system has been installed in the center generator room of Zhongshan Public Security Bureau, provide service to office units and branches.As far as so long,the system has handle the project application for a construction project from two branch offices and three office units. Examine data on-line improve the service quality and work efficiency obviously. This system makes the construction of information technology projects of the public security organs more regulated.
