Currently housing guarantee management also rely on the manual-based business model,security work for the housing needs of the relevant data scattered in various functions, thus causing the information not be shared, information held by various departments of information becomes isolated Island, to work better housing security services for the people,need to develop housing guarantee management information system, standardized business processes related to guarantee housing to adapt to changing work requirements to protect.In this thesis, analysis of housing guarantee is the basic situation of the system to a stable, safe and practical as a starting point, using DELPHI development technology, using SQL SERVER2000 as a database design platform, the completion of the development, debugging, and implementation of systems running.
