Design And Implementation Of Housing Provident Fund Guarantee Business System

With the growing maturity and popularization of the housing provident fund system,the housing provident fund guarantee business has also been developed rapidly,and the types and modes of business are constantly enriched,expanded and innovating.More and more housing provident fund guarantee enterprises have built their own housing provident fund guarantee business system under the pace of information.To deal with problems exposed in daily business,such as inaccurate information,serious data redundancy,low business efficiency,etc.In order to improve the overall business management level of the housing provident fund guarantee enterprise,improve the daily work efficiency,better serve the customer and the market,this paper designed and realized the housing provident fund business system,aiming at the current situation of the housing provident fund business management of a Guarantee Corporation.This article first introduces the current housing provident fund and the fund guarantee business,and analyzes the current research status of the housing provident fund guarantee business at home and abroad,and puts forward the feasibility of the construction of the housing provident fund business management system.Then introduced the main technical knowledge related to system construction,and analyzed the needs of system construction in various dimensions and aspects.Then,the overall structure of the system is determined,and the function module design,database design,interface design and user interface design of the system are introduced one by one.Finally,on the basis of the system design,we use Eclipse to focus on the development environment,adopt the J2 EE 3-tier technology structure as the development technology route,and build the process mechanism based on the Activiti workflow engine based on the BPMN modeling method,and complete the system coding implementation.The main achievements of this paper include the following two aspects:First,the process model of housing provident fund guarantee business based on BPMN technology is established,and the Activiti workflow engine is implemented to support the actual workflow.Second,based on the management system of Guarantee Corporation and based on the workflow engine,the company's core business system integrates business functions,management monitoring and performance evaluation.The system integrates and analyzes the business data,business process,management data and performance data,effectively cracking the existing management bottlenecks.Improve the overall work efficiency.
