It analyzed each module's objective necessity and working procedure, fixed system's design principle, developing environment and research methods; finally, it discussed in detail the design and implementation of Public Security HR Management, tested the system as well to make sure it can be put into use and realize the expected objective.Public Security HR Management has gradually transformed into strategic HR Management, become people oriented HR Management. It opened up police's potential continually, and made police be hopeful with future. The development and management of HR has become an important area of Public Security System.
