| Computer Telephone integration (CTI) is a technical field developed rapidly in these years, it combines communication technology with Internet. The Telephone Voice System is typical application of CTI, which is a network, human machine dialogue information system that can provide automatic speech service. It takes advantages of computer control and data management, communicates with plenty of information consumers by PSTN. In practice, it provides services to the society by automatically. The users can access the system by dialing the service number with a fixed phone or mobile one, the system understands requirements of users, and take services by a friendly human-computer dialogue way, or searching relative information in database or doing some else operation, then gives feedback in speech or other forms to the users about the situation, result or advice. Telephone Voice System improves service quality of a communication will be widely used in future.Based on Telephone Voice System, the thesis designs a Military Communications System of multi-channel information storage conversion. An appropriate hardware combination scheme is determined by the requirements of users and specific application; we integrate telephone, Internet, GSM and other communications modules and introduce the overall structure of system. The thesis describes the modules and workflow of system, and focuses on the voice card, GSM module, embedded database, LCD module design and development. Combine with the other members of the working group, a communication platform with functions of multi-channel voice calls and fax service communication platform is achieved.The communication system uses Windows as the development platform, and uses VC++ as the development language, develops application software and user interface of the communication system. The system with the advantages of simple operation, easy to carry, is able to automatic call conversion etc., and has some value in actual use. |
