Confidential Document Management System Based On C / S Model Design

The document transmission of confidential department has been depended on conventional manual processing for a long time. With the increasing of documents and yearly time, the conventional manual processing exposes more and more problems: defective recordation, forgetting document transmission, unclear document receiving information and dificulty of searching historical files, which are long-standing problems for document management of confidential department.The development of computer information technology brings Management Information System (MIS). Combining with computer prefectly, MIS takes advantages of high-efficiency, high-speed, accuracy and paperless trading compared with conventional manual management, which has provided rules to observe, procedure to check and records to search. Based on it, this paper is combined with work specification and requiement of confidential department, which is designed and realizes an information management platform based on C/S mode. The system is composed of confidential management subsystem and external transaction automatic processing subsystem. The confidential management subsystem is a powerful tool for receiving and sending daily confidential document which used by confidential employee. It is the core and basis of the whole confidential document receiving and sending management system. External transaction automatic processing subsystem is an exchange window between confidential employee and non-confidential employee which used by the latter. This system is designed with nimble development method and principle based on conventional MIS system design technology. It is of advanced design and needs less investment. The technology indicator adopts classic C/S mode and the interface is clear and convenient with simple procedure. It realizes nogap transition between modern and traditional work ways, which provides sign encryption and storage function. The data base is designed on the basis of E-R method. The system practice has proved that "The Confidential Document Management System Based on C/S Mode" can decrease the burden of confidential employee and enhanse the safety of document transimission, which provides transimit records for confidential employee to search, receive, send and manage. It can inform the relative department to receive document by voice inform mode, which saves a great deal of man-power and material resources. It will bring more social economic benefit for confidential department.
