Communication Network Resource Management System Design And Implementation

Along with the fast development and application of the computer and network technology, traditional management information system (MIS) is developed according the current requirement of user, after it finished or in the progress of product delervery, in meet all the requirement, but it is difficult to meet the furthre requrement. The traditional MIS cann't variary with the development of the enterprise, it leads that the lifewime of the MIS software is very short, and the enterprise spant much money on that. In order to improve work efficiency and decrease daily complexity and work cost, it is very importment that to design and develop the generic database application system that can create, alter, drop the database anytime according the requirement of user.The object of the project is to achieve office files uploaded and transited and modified and so on by this network office system which change traditional office model. In this system all information is saved classified, which make search information convenient and enhance the work efficiency. Through network teachers can use the system to get school information and communicate with students. Based on demand analysis and system design and achievement and test, ChangJi Radio and Television College office information system has been finished.The background of this decerteation is the application on communication and network resource integratal management, first this paper gives the explanation of reference technology on design and develop the system, second proposes the overall design and concept design, third for the three sub-system of the system: system managenent include the managment of user, role, permission and application control, report automatioc management, and report maintain system, the general database application system including table management sub-system and table maintainment sub-system. Finally this paper gives the detail implementation of these three sub-system, and test result for the all system. This system has been used for several years, and the system is stable and convenient and powerful and personal and transplantable and so on.
