Electronic document management may make company's user control its document efficiently based on network, access may make them possess in entire enterprise scope to keep watch on their documents with the process of granting flow ability. Relatively advanced electronic document management system may still offer to user search such as Full Text, Document Complex, Browse and Issue as well as some crowd tool (for instance, work flows) property etc. Therefore, people always use electronic document management system to manage technical document and record company's crucial business information, properly for the control of production process (produce efficiency with rising) etc.The research work of this paper lies in the research of systematic realization and important technology mainly. The source of this paper in Relational Technical (relation technology) with Horizon (horizon) company "enterprise information management system " enforcement, design and the systems analysis in the first edition of development project. This system is use Web Service technology with C # language based on. NET platform develop, may think the management of various enterprise document and case material etc. offer convenient, may support customer end to visit central database through Internet, have offered the relatively complete user management of limits of authority function, and have guaranteed the safety of document information. This paper do major work is as follows:(1) Introduction with have explained based on the content informationmanagement system of NET technology.(2) Have explained the function systematic function as well as conform to in systematic design process principle, divide for systematic role and have defined corresponding systematic limits of authority.(3) Introduce and explain for important systematic database table as well as data access method.(4) These systematic databases accessing work is completely by the Web Service. Have analyzed common threat type in the network; have used more common data encryption technology in systematic realization to guarantee safety.On systematic realization, my work major part is: add recently record modular and database basic table management modular, collect data and generate record report module, spelling check program, preview picture modular, automatic download and form melt print data function modular, check out and check in records module, import and export data modular as well as partial database designs and some stock procedure compile.This system already in the internal operation of Rollins Company, have gotten better actual effect.
