With the development of Internet and Web technology, a lot of Web-based application systems have come into being, and have quietly changed people's living way through network, Blog is one of them. Blog is an abbreviation of weblog (blog), it is also the Web-based application system. The users publish web pages with web log. Blog is the fourth web communicative technique following Email, BBS, and IM; it is the individual"Reader's Digest"during the Internet Age. Blog is the network using a hyperlink as a weapon which not only represents a new way of life and new ways of working, but also represents a new approach to learning. As its means of communication is simpler and more flexible than e-mail and discussion groups, Blog has become a communication tool that becomes more and more popular among the family, companies, departments and teams and gradually be applied to the intra-company network. In this dissertation, the main job is to design and achieve a standard system of the Blog.This dissertation first briefly outlines the Blog and discusses the application of the latest trends and new patterns of Blog system on that basis; secondly, it introduces the related technology that is needed to design and realize a Blog system.. Considering ASP.NET technology has very high exploitation efficiency, the implementation efficiency of Web application system developed by ASP.NET is greatly higher than that used by ASP technological development, meanwhile ASP.NET uses and character-based classification deploy system, which makes the server environment and the application program simpler , therefore, we choose ASP.NET to develop the Blog system we need.Then it introduces in detail the working process, the major steps and the main engineering data of the realization of the whole system design. In this dissertation, the third chapter is devoted to the analysis phase of the Blog content, which includes the feasibility analysis, the analysis of the functional requirements and demand analysis. After that, the data flow diagram of the system has been shown. At the same time, the dissertation introduces the general system design, including the Blog module system design and system design of the background database. On this basis, it introduces the detailed design and realization of specific details of the Blog system, including the system of various functional modules and the realization of the detailed design of the details.Finally, on the platform of NET development platform, the dissertation achieves a well-functioned Blog system and makes a complete system testing. Related test results show that the design of the system is rational, the function is good. During the test, the system has made good performance and can be put into service in the real Internet environment.
