Research And Design Of General Network-assisted Teaching Platform

In the views of the modern education,the individual learning, conversational teaching and self-education are considered the best patterns of learning and teaching.However, the individual teaching couldn't be implemented ideally in the traditional model of classroom teaching.The development of modern information technology and the extensive application of Internet provide the individual teaching with new ideas.Combination of multimedia technology and network technology and using networks as the means of transmitting information,CAI can be provided as distance education according to people's different educational levels and different contents.In the form of vivid picture and imaginable demonstration,CAI enhanced learners'understanding and memory to the knowledge.CAI,as an important supplementary to the traditional teaching,changes the conventional way of teaching which centers on the teachers and emphasizes students'active learning.With the development of CAI, the great promotion has occurred to the reform of education technology. Furthermore,it can influence the reform of the traditional education system,and it also provides more developing spaces for medical teaching.In order to take the advantage of network learning system,this paper constructs a universal multi-level user and security network-aided instruction system based on B/S & JSP technology. The system compensates the shortage of the traditional classroom teaching process which the educational resources are difficult to share.It also overcomes defects of the multiplicity of medical subjects and the abstraction of the contents. In this system, the users play the role of both consumers and resources providers.The system also resolved the problems of present network-CAI software such as not practicable,insecurity and unclear structure.It eliminates the single-point bottleneck of the traditional mode and makes a large-range integration and share of teaching resources.The uses of this system can greatly reduce the threshold of online education and its maintenance difficulty. It can also relieve the workload of teachers and improve the learning efficiency of students and meet both teachers and students' requirement for web-based Collaborative Learning and resources sharing.
