Electronic technology and information technology to people's lives has brought endless convenience, and with the development of wireless technology, the popularity of wireless access, so that electronic devices use more convenience. Mini Wireless Bluetooth thermal printer that is born in such era, it set of mechanical and electrical technology, embedded technology, wireless Bluetooth technology in one. Of its small size, low noise, print clear, easy maintenance, etc., are the users.This article focuses on the work of analysis of thermal printing features and control theory, compared and discussed the current common advantages and disadvantages of thermal printing system designed to put forward the design of this study, and from the hardware, software and system debugging in detail three describes the design of thermal printing system.First, the working principle of the system as a whole to conduct a detailed analysis and design through a wide range of validation, form a complete design system development program, combined with the hardware circuits and software capabilities to complete the series of master-chip based on ARM micro Bluetooth thermal printer driver and system design, ARM host processor through a Bluetooth receiver with a Bluetooth PC and various electronic devices to receive data, and then control the thermal print head to print mini-real-time printer. By thermal printing head control the characteristics of the ARM host processor hardware resources in-depth analysis, based on a simplified system design, improving system integration and reliability, to facilitate system software development principles, to determine the hardware selection of the printer driver and program determined. In software design, according to principles of embedded system software development and integrated development environment, combined with the characteristics of thermal printers for the entire system, detailed design and analysis. Access to the data points are received, the first motor-driven thermal printer, thermal print head heating, character processing of each module in detail the design, coding and debugging, using software engineering methods to control systems development, and enhance the system the stability and reliability. Ensure the system's hardware and software on schedule completion.
