With the development of the computer, take full advantage of the convenience and efficiency of computer science , to conduct data of banking institutions collection, recording, classification, verification, processing and disclosure of information on the banking industry, the realization of the banking industry statistics and data audit meta-analysis, so that banking supervision staff and statistical analysis through the use of computer systems and analysis of all of the banking sector in a number of ways the current state of financial institutions and risk.But now, part of the collection of the regulatory information is still the main stay in manual or semi-manual operations, Existence a large gap between the regulatory requirements and modernization. Off-site supervision of banking supervision information system is a work of infrastructure, to improve the level of off-site supervision to enhance the effectiveness of supervision, strengthening of regulatory capacity-building of great significance. Establish a set of information collection, data transmission, processing as a whole, covering the scene, off-site, agencies, statistics, regulatory and other senior management information management information system.The subject type of thesis is the matter of project design, and it's study focused on commercial banking data, meta-analysis various commercial banking data, to establish a unified database structure to facilitate the business of banking supervision and timely data, statistics, for the normal operation of the banking services in this study are mainly applicable to the business of banking supervision but also applicable to other regulatory industry, such as the insurance industry regulation.
