Though the requirement of information is different in content and depth for the procedure of contingency management, it is important for the contingency management department of government to obtain full information of the potential danger source to prevent and reduce the popular risk. Survey and sort of danger source, build the danger source database, predefine the contingency plan, trace and investigate the object in period, all this work will prevent the emergence event significantly, and promote the ability for the management of the local government. But there are so many widespread potential source should be investigate, trans-department and collaborate work within different geography area are requirement, and also a efficient information tool to collect information should be provided.In such way, we need a geography information system, which manage the spatial information, include the electronic map and remote sense image. User can zoom, pan the map interactively, to locate the danger source, input the detailed information, and maintain it in daily work.This work bring a new way to build a system to collect the information of danger source based on Google Map API, to support the staff of the local government to collect the point, line, and area shape of the danger source, and display and query their distribution on the map.The research captured the business requirement of the system, studied the technical method of the Google Map API, architect the software structure, include the database design and function design, finally construct a prototype of the danger source information collect system, validated the architect and design, and provide a low cost and high efficient solution.
