The recent two decades is a great stage in which computer science and network are developing rapidly, our society is becoming more information-oriented. It's a great opportunity as well as a challenge for every walk of life. So the future would be bright if we adapt to the changes, or we would be eliminated. As an institute of higher learning, the university cannot avoid the challenges from the information-oriented development in our society. In the 21st century, we have higher demands for every intellectual's ability, forcing more people to go to college for further education. The size of the university is getting large, causing the administration especially about the teaching becoming complicated. So the demands are growing higher, not only to be meticulous, but scientific and effective.The system which is scientific, effective and flexible not only improves the professional caliber of the administrators in the university, but enriches the connotation of a school. To assure the system adapted to the development of a university, firstly, the design for every function module must be reasonable. Secondly, every function module must correspond with the practical operation flow of a university. As well as, the system must be powerful enough to prevent from attacking, and have the ability to self-correct after going wrong.Undeniably, the design of the teaching affairs managing system used in every university need to perfected. The security maintenance will continue with the system running. I hope that I can assist in informationizing the teaching affairs management with the knowledge I have learned, solving a series of practical problems. This is the standpoint and the meaning of my topic.My paper will refer to the following contents. Firstly, respectively and briefly analyze the early managing module of the teaching affairs in our country, and the present module with the informationization and implementation of the credit system.
