Chinese auto consumption has stepped into a universal stage.Frequent traffic accidents restrict the development of the transportation of our country seriously. Millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar can reduce the traffic accident effectively, so it has wide application prospects. Millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar has been paid much attention recently.This paper's work is concentrate on the millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar.Based on its operation principle, we design the circuit of the signal processing and alarm indicator module,develop the Ka band integrated transmitter & receiver module. Finally, we assemble and test the Ka band integrated transmitter & receiver module of the millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar.Chapter 1 introduces background of millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar and the development of domestic and international at the beginning of this paper.Chapter 2 presents the advantages of Millimeter-wave ranging technique. We analyze the working principle of pulse radar and LFMCW radar and design the primary scheme of millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar.Chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5 mainly research the Ka band integrated transmitter & receiver module, which is the core parts for Millimeter-wave automotive anti-collision radar. We accomplish the passive circuits designing, including the ridge waveguide transition, filter, power divider.We introduce the design theory of Wilkinson power divider with defected ground structure (DGS) and designed an unequal Wilkinson power divider with DGS. We describe the working principle of the active device in detail including the amplifier,the mixer and the frequency doubler.We introduce the technical information of the MMIC.Chapter 6 introduces the assembling, debugging and testing of the Ka band integrated transmitter & receiver module.The test result shows that the the Ka band integrated transmitter & receiver module meets the design requirement and has some practical value.
