Since the CMMB technology was applied to the cell phone carriers such as multimedia, it has obtained public concern. The appearance of this new business greatly satisfied consumers'demand, so that the original form of fixed view jumped out of place restrictions. This bright spot has been very well shown during the Olympic Games. CMMB industry chain includes content providers, related products manufacturer and distributor of goods. Right now those three aspects have not formed as a whole, but separately seek for their own benefits. Relevant management is being obsessed with this dilemma. Only by making an organic integration of those three, can maximize the benefits of industrialization. Be achieved now the operators and retailers have no good idea, including the layout of the CMMB industry-CBC, there was no effective market-based mechanisms to coordinate the interests of all parties.This business model requires CMMB's further exploration and discovery, They are our own intellectual property rights'standards and technologies, but struggling in the promotion. The paper makes a phase analysis of the alternation of CMMB's development to business model, making this kind of model more vivid. Meanwhile, we also intended to find a long-term development of CMMB business model. The so-called business model is a series of elements and their relationship contains a conceptual tool to clarify the logic of a particular business entity. It describes what value the company can provide customers with and the company's internal structure, partner network and Relationship Capital and so on, in order to achieve (create, sell and deliver) value and generate sustainable profits of elements of income. It is said that an industry or business model is a core element of business success. This paper is intended to find out the current plight of CMMB commercial presence, through the SWOT analysis of four-force model, fully explores the entire industry's risks and opportunities of CMMB, seeks to identify the business model for the development of CMMB more precisely.This paper starts from the basis of CMMB, introduceing the problems in the process of CMMB development, seeking to identify CMMB industrial chain business model, summarizing the development of suitable business models for CMMB type of follow-up. The paper is divided into six parts:the first part introduces topic background and knowledge background of the subject. The second part is to analyze the business model of the development process, business model evaluation and diagnosis methods and examples of innovation. The third part focuses on the development of CMMB course, and all problems in existence, comparison between the advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part mainly discusses the business model of CMMB, finding out the opportunities and challenges of CMMB by analyzing the model. The partⅤanalyzes the operators of CMMB business-the CMMB usage in China Radio Communications. PartⅥmainly forecasts the major trends and predicts future development of CMMB conclusions.
